以下の行為を禁止します。違反が確認された場合、弁護士を通じて法的措置を講じる可能性がありますのでご注意ください。 1.購入者以外への販売データの共有 2.VRChat等における、パブリック（誰でも使用可能）状態でのアップロード 3.BOOTHなどのダウンロード販売サイトにおける、当ショップの3Dモデルの再販売 4.コミッション依頼等において、依頼者または製作者のいずれかが未購入の状態でのアップロード 5.テクスチャの無断使用および販売 6.販売している3Dモデルの一部を使用したモデルや制作物の販売（テクスチャも含む） 7.商用ゲーム開発、販売での利用（原則禁止） 8.政治、宗教的な利用

【著作権について】

販売しているすべての3Dモデルの著作権は、株式会社EXTENSIONに帰属します。

【配信メディア・外部イベントでの使用について】

以下の用途での使用は、原則許可されています（収益化を含む）： ●YouTube ●Twitch ●AfricaTV などの配信プラットフォーム ※ご注意： ●グッズ化など営利目的での使用を希望される場合は、公式X（旧Twitter）までお問い合わせください。 ●写真展・雑誌での使用も許可されていますが、クレジット表記をお願いいたします。
